1. Delivery Methods and Costs 📦
Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days.

Store pickup: You can pick up your item for free at our store: 📍 Valkas iela 3, Daugavpils, LV-5417. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 – 18:00 (please wait for confirmation that your order is ready).
2. Payment Options 💳
The settlement currency on the site is Euro (EUR). We offer secure and convenient payment methods:
MakeCommerce platform: Fast and secure payment via internet bank or card. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.
- Internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor.
- Payment cards: Visa, MasterCard.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Bank transfer (Invoice): Choosing this method, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail. Please make the payment indicating the order number. The item is shipped only after the money is received in our bank account.
3. Product Return (14 days) ↩️
If the purchased item does not suit you, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.
Important rules:
- To return an item, it must be unopened.
- For consumables (cartridges, toners), the hermetic protective packaging/bag must not be damaged or opened. If the packaging is opened, the item cannot be returned.
- The item must be complete and in its original packaging.
How to return?
- Download and fill out the Return Form (PDF).
- Send the form to our e-mail info@pcr.lv.
- Deliver the item to our store in Daugavpils or send via parcel locker (expenses are covered by the buyer).
The refund is made to your bank account within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the item.
