If expensive parts need replacement, we call you and provide the exact cost. We offer options and timelines. We only start repairs after your full approval. You decide whether to proceed or not.
Repair and Testing
We perform the work. If hidden defects emerge during the process, we’ll inform you immediately. After completion, the device is tested again for any issues.
Pickup and Payment
You check the device, then pay for the work and collect your device.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I bring my computer without an appointment?
Answer: Yes, of course. You can bring it to our service during business hours. We’ll accept your computer and provide a receipt. However, we work on a first-come, first-served basis and will start working on your computer when its turn comes. Very urgent repairs outside the queue are possible, but only by prior arrangement with the technician and only in extremely rare cases when such possibility exists.
How long does a repair take?
Answer: It depends on many factors, from a few hours to several weeks (if rare parts need to be ordered). After preliminary diagnostics, the technician will contact you and discuss all timelines before starting the repair. Then you can approve the repair or decline if the timeline or price doesn’t suit you.
Do I need to pay for diagnostics?
Answer: Yes, the diagnostics fee is 10 euros, however if you agree to the subsequent repair after diagnostics, the diagnostics will be considered free. In some cases, the problem can be quickly resolved during diagnostics, and then you only pay for diagnostics. If the technician understands at the very beginning of diagnostics that repair is not feasible, diagnostics may be free.
What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: Cash, bank cards, and bank transfer.
Is it worth replacing HDD with SSD on an old computer?
Answer: Yes. This is the most effective way to speed up a computer — Windows and program startup becomes many times faster. However, in some cases, the computer configuration may be so weak that replacing the drive will give almost zero results. In this case, the technician will warn you beforehand before starting work.
Can I increase RAM?
Yes, if the motherboard supports upgrades. We’ll select compatible modules. If the memory is old, we can offer tested used modules if available.
Do you clean laptops and PCs from dust?
Yes, we usually perform a complete disassembly of the device with dust cleaning, always replace thermal paste and thermal pads if necessary. We also try to clean up the device’s appearance when possible. 🙂
Do you clean and service gaming consoles like PlayStation, Xbox?
Answer: Yes, of course, we can clean and “refresh” your console. We can also help with some malfunctions.
