How We Work
Intake and Registration
You bring your faulty equipment to our service center (Valkas iela 3) or request a technician visit. We prepare an acceptance report.
Diagnostics
Within 1–2 business days, our technician identifies the cause of the malfunction. If the repair is straightforward and inexpensive, we do it immediately.
Price Approval
If expensive parts need to be replaced, we call you and provide the exact cost. You decide whether to proceed with the repair.
Repair and Testing
After the repair, we thoroughly test the printer: checking print quality, paper pickup, and scanner operation.
Pickup and Payment
We will notify you when everything is ready. You pay for the repair upon pickup and receive a warranty for the work performed.
